Has anyone else experienced the awful customer service from the Post Office in Dartmouth Road?

I was in there on Saturday morning to get a travel photocard done with my mother and while I was helping her out with her documentation, the woman behind the counter decided to shout across the room with a tirade accusing me of "not knowing her job" etc and not having the right ID, although she read the form and provided everything that was asked.

Apparently it's not the first time people have experienced this, has it got worse since it was announced that it's moving to WHSmith in February?

Did you ask to see the Post Master and complain? I hope so, the only way people can learn from their mistakes is to be informed of them. The people in the post office most likely have a torrid time from a lot of customers but it does not mean that they have to treat us all the same.

Complain in as nice a manner as possible and you may be amazed at the response.

Sadly I didn't. My Mum was so annoyed that I needed to get her out of there. However I've made a complaint to TFL who issue the card to issue guidelines on how to train PO counter workers on how to issue these cards.
