Hello, I am buying a flat in Bromleigh Court on Sydenham Hill. Does anyone have any information or opinions on this block? Is it fairly quiet and in good order, as it appears? Does anyone know of planning applications or planning permission granted? Or Any major works in the pipeline? |

Double glazing planned in the next few years. I used to live at 34 Bromleigh Court - I found it quiet. My neighbours were friendly.
You'll never get cold - as it has a communal heating system. |
