One word...embarrassing!
Is it my imasgination or were last years baskets far healthier? This years look like spindley excuses for hanging baskets. I suggest those councillors who read this go to the vendors and get our money back. if you're going to use hanging baskets to brighten up the street, do it properly or not at all. I'd be interested to find out who actually provides these baskets? |

I totally agree Haylands!!
It almost looks like the vendor was flogging these ugly hanging baskets and LBC got them on the cheap! Not good enough LBC.....next year you have to do better!!!! |
