Just noticed the new shop at the corner of Gladiator Street and then met a neighbour outside who had just bought some take away food to try and she later said it was very nice. So I guess another one to try soon!
I also noticed another shop which had been closed since before we moved here they seemed to be some tidying up activity on Saturday so I wonder if something will open there soon (Near the Brockley Supermarket on the Brockley Rise parade of shops).
This parade seems to see more and more activity. I was glad to see the kebab place refurbished some time ago as they now make really nice turkish pides.

I went in there as well on Saturday, looks much nicer than it used to be, hopefully they will have some fresh fruit and veg in on a regular basis.

Haven't tried the food yet, my father in law is a chef and has over 55 years experience of making West Indian food, so I'm kind of spoilt, but I'll certainly give it a try.
