Also a good one in the swimming pool which allows use of the other updated centres nearby. |

In fairness, neither of those are in Honor Oak Park but in Forest Hill! I don't think there are any gyms in Honor Oak as such - you'll have to go to Forest Hill/Peckham/Dulwich to find a gym I think |

Gyms around Honor Oak thread
I first saw and answered Hannah’s request today for local yoga classes posted on the multiple -entry “What is missing in Forest Hill” thread but this seems the more appropriate thread. Info repeated below:
According to pages 20 and 21 of the October/November edition of Lewisham Life, there are three more possible yoga classes in SE23 to investigate: Iyengar Yoga at Friends Meeting House, 34 Sunderland Road - Tel: 8659 3749, Yoga at Ackroyd Community Centre, Akroyd Road - Tel: 8694 9520, and Chaithanya Yoga School, 23 Parbury Road - Tel: 8699 6980. Thanks Zoe -yes this is more appropriate, as I saw afterwards. Today went to Dulwich Leisure Centre where there is Shivananda Yoga Thursday mornings 10.30am V.good instructor.
Will pursue the others. |
