I disturbed a large male partridge when I went into my garden this morning.
Has anyone else seen a partridge in Forest Hill? |

I meant to say, of course, a large male pheasant. Has anyone else seen it? |

No but will keep my eyes open. Are they migratory birds? I had not thought they were strong flyers so its strange to find them in a city.
We saw plenty in Suffolk a few weeks ago, not all alive and kicking either. |
