If anyone is interested, or knows someone who might be, a double room (for 1 person) has just become available to rent in spacious 3 bedroom unfurnished mansion flat. To share with two professional people (one male, one female).
Flat has fitted kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer) plus washing machine and dryer in bathroom.
Large lounge and garden.
Non-smoker. No pets.
Rent £316.60 per calendar month plus share of bills. |

I should further clarify that they would like a female sharer. Forester - if your contact is female then please contact me on (actually is there some way we can communicate without me having to put my contact details? - Sydenham forum has PM link. Would be good if we had this on here as well. Perhaps the Administrator can advise how to deal with this. Happy to provide a contact number but would prefer if it were not available to the whole world apparently this can lead to nuisance contacts - not that I would imagine anyone on this forum would do this but apparently people fish around looking for that sort of info.) |
