Can anyone recommend a tai chi class in and around Foest Hill? Many thanks in anticipation. |

Hello Vipes Not exactly sure what it is but would recomend you ask in Provender who seem to know about alternative therapy. I do not mean to upset anyone by mentioning it is alternative. If I have offended anyone please can I apologise in advance. |

Ha! Don't think you'd get an issue over "alternative" but you might get an issue with "therapy" - it is more of an exercise and activity than a therapy. Nice try though. Have to agree that the first place to look would be Provender though can't say I have seen any signs for such classes. |

Actually chaps it's neither. It's a martial art (in very slow motion) that you'll occasionally see people practising in the Horniman - at one with nature and all that. Thanks for the suggestion. If Provender fails I'll interrupt one in the park mid-movement. |

... erm, ... and what is a martial art? I'd be careful interupting mid-movement - they are training to be slow-motion fighters after all :) |
