Did my eyes deceive me or did I see on a newspaper placard that our Mayor has been honoured by Her Majesty.? I am sure it was justly deserved. Well done. I am sure HM did her homework before granting such an honour. |

which article was that - do you have the link? You've heard of the Notting Hill Set and the Primrose Hill Set - maybe there will be a Forest Hill set? |

To be honest heard on radio 4 . Many apologies I think it was David Cameron not Gordon Brown ( I got confused with all the Scots ) He is the new spin dr for David C Apparently lives with wife and 2 children in Forest Hill. I have forgotten his name . This was about a week ago. |

Short profile of Andy Coulson in The Mail where he is mentioned as living in Forest Hill: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=459083&in_page_id=1770 In the Times it is mentioned 'he is a “doting father” who drives his two children to school from their home in Forest Hill'. (Source http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article1875732.ece) Naughty boy. The Cameronites are meant to be environmentally friendly. He should cycle them to school! The article in the Mail also profiles Michael Ellam, Gordon Brown's spin doctor. He was educated in Forest Hill, but now lives closer to Herne Hill. I've always said Forest Hill is the centre of the universe, but now it appears that we are the centre of spin! |
