Yes, you are right I meant Brockley Hill Park.

It would indeed be a shame to have it developed, though I must admit to envy of those who have access to their very own private park. Particularly as it looks to have many trees, unlike Blythe Hill Fields which is a bit barren. And of couse One Tree Hill which has lovely views but is not as lovely as it could be.
