It's definitely better than it was 2 years ago and has less loiterers.

Lolo's is nice and there's an estate agents there which is usually a good sign of a changing area. In fact I use it more than most of the shops up at FH truth be told.

It's nothing swanky but given it's location, that's not really the point of it, is it? Just some handy convenience stores when you need some milk or Haribo.
