Dear Ladies,

We are back from our summer break, and are pleased to confirm that we will be celebrating our return with an evening of wine tasting from 8pm on Monday 9th September 2013.

This will involve a talk from a local wine merchant who is just back in South London following a summer touring wineries in France. He will be able to give us some insight into his business, the regions the wine is made and will be bringing along some wines for us to taste and discuss. This will cover a range of red, white, sparkling, and non alcoholic for those that prefer.

This will be held at our usual meeting place:
St Saviour's Church
Brockley Rise
SE23 1JN

We would like to use this as an opportunity to raise funds for charity which will be chosen at the end of the year, as well as covering some of the costs of the wine, so there will be a small entrance charge as follows:

Members: £4
Non Members: £6

This will be a good opportunity for us to get reacquainted with old friends and to meet new ones. If you know of anyone who would like to join us, they will be most welcome.
