How about paying ?1.20 instead of ?2 for a cash fare on the bus. Similar dicounts for tube and (now) rail.

Its quite straightforward as long as you remember to touch in and out on your journey.

If the system goes wrong best thing is to ring the help centre. They usually credit back any losses where the mistake is obvious.[/quote]
