Emerging with a rolled-up paper from WH Smiths on Monday morning, about 8.10 – none other than Keith Chegwin. He looked quite grumpy, but then I was staring at him rather hard to be sure I wasn't dreaming. Anyone else spot him? I haven't seen him in the flesh since I was in the audience for Cheggers Plays Pop in 1981...

Are you sure it wasn't Les Dennis.
He has been seen around FH for a few years.
He also looks exceedingly grumpy.

Les was in FTF last year for a morning coffee for a couple of weeks.

All this talk of Nigella Lawson, Charles Saatchi, Andy Coulson, and Rolf Harris having any association with the area is scurrilous rumour. The area should be regarded as innocent until proven otherwise.
Please can we have some more wholesome celebrities visiting the area?

Michael we have quite a few celebrities living in FH and all that I know are lovely local's. I often say morning to some on my way to work if I pass them or have a chat with them when they visit local shop's, including Film Director's. Actors/Actresses and Producers. I can't say who before I ask if I can, but I know Donald won't mind If I let you all know that he played Snake Eyes in the original Bugsy Malone Film by Alan Parker. He is so lovely and we just chat and come up with outrageous fundraising ideas when he pops in to see me. I'll ask others if they mind me posting who they are.

Londondrz -
This can only mean one thing - Les Dennis is stalking me. He used to sit in my local coffee house in Highgate. Quick, someone call a Murdoch paper.

I was going to say nothing! But I can't , I want to shout about it! Charlotte Rampling, the Oscar nominated actress, came to the shop yesterday! She bought Dorstone, Comte, Morbier for her lunch! The whole shop freeze! I think I couldn't breathe for a moment. She is absolutely stunning.

Amazing. More amazing that you recognised her - not sure I would anymore.

Charlotte Rampling has been in quite a few local shops. Her son Barnaby lives on Thorpewood & is a regular of quite a few of us

Did I forget to mention that I'm an idiot?
Thanks for pointing out my mistake.
