I need some help. I live on Honor Oak Park and my back garden (collection of weeds) backs on to the alleyway that connects Grierson and Stondon Park Roads. Today my neighbour reported that some boys stole our bikes via that alley, scaling the wall and passing the bikes over a neighbour's broken section of wall.

I want to secure the back garden with adequate fences and also make it less neglected-looking for opportunistic thieves. Can anyone recommend a basic landscaping service that can also erect robust fencing?
