While I applaud anyone who stands up to thieves, and hope they get punished (if not for this then for the next crime they commit) I find the assumption that they are on the dole, as are other 'losers', to be highly offensive.

You might lose your job tomorrow, be unable to find another one, and one day have no choice but to claim benefits in order to survive.
