Thanks LWL, no injuries. He tried to hit me with a heavy bike chain which is as much use as a chocolate fire guard in hitting people. I was armed with my trusty 4-cell Maglite and although I had a few opportunities to give him a tonk on the head it was just not worth it.

Unfortunatley one of the bikes was damaged when he tried to hit me and I dodged.

The gent who came past was in his car so the odd's started looking in my favour, he was good enough to phone the police. The good lady Mrs LondonDRZ also added her tuppence by giving a hearty yell at the yoof whilst on the phone to the police.
