Sorry to hijack the thread, but I've just had an offer accepted on a house in Honor Oak, after renting in E. Dulwich for years.

We've visited a number of times and the the community feel, great schools and reasonable price tags swung it for us. Everytime we viewed a property, the neighbours always came out to introduce themselves!

The choice was between se23, se26 and se19 and we think we made the right decision. Could do with a good bakers in HOP though.
