Horrendous over-development of the site - and not one car parking space!

I had looked at this application and couldn't believe the amount of 4-bed flats - I can't imagine there are too many private buyers who'd be looking to buy those - so I reckon this is just the prelude to another future reapplication, which will no doubt seek to virtually double the number of individual flats by reconfiguring into more-marketable 1 & 2-bedders. (Unless they've got a housing association lined up to place lots of large families.)
