Hi, I am wondering if any parents out there could offer any opinions about Dalmain Primary School, their Ofsted report is very good but just wanted to get opinions and the general vibe of the school from parents point of view. Thinking of moving and this will be the nearest school.
Thanks!

My daughter has just been admitted to Dalmain and we went along to a parents open day. We were very impressed with the staff and the school.

She hasn't started yet, but feeling very lucky we got in, so I'd recommend it.

My daughter attended Dalmain several years ago (she's 22 now and doing a Masters degree). The current headteacher was appointed as deputy while she was there. It was a reasonably good school then with a nice vibe; small enough for everyone to get to know each other.
It has improved further over the years, and an outstanding Ofsted report is not given that often so if you will be in their catchment area, it really would be a good choice.
