calm down Snazy! Of course street crime is more important than an out of date Xmas tree but the small stuff does matter. You only have to look around to see the blight which the council should take responsibility for ...redundant posts doing nothing but cluttering up the area..broken directional signs to venues that don't exist any more...dog s**t on the footway.

What we see and experience around us contributes greatly to how we feel about our area and ourselves.

The council and TfL as the two highway authorities in Forest Hill can play a big role in improving our public realm. The problem is they don't seem to bothered to me.
