We will have people on hand to explain to new users of mobiles, tablets, PCs, etc., how to use their device, or people who are fairly comfortable with their devices but get stuck with some of the programmes, or just how to get the very best use out of them. It can be extremely frustrating when, try as you might, things don't work the way you think they should.
