Hi
After years of living under the rule of a Managing Agent in a Long Leasehold Flat, the amount of money that I see pouring down the drain unaccounted for every year is scary. There is very poor accounting, no record of where our money is spent , and no answer to our queries.
The icing on the cake came when a £10k bill arrived for each flat to decorate the externals and internal common parts.
I'm sure that I am not alone on this experience.
Can anyone recommend a local solicitor I can approach who deals with Right to Manage or Collective Enfranchisement?
Thanks
