Unfortunately, on our way home last night, we spotted a cat in Mayow road, obviously been hit by a car. The cat was mainly white with a few black patches and black tail, and medium long fur.
It was too badly injured to help sadly, but we picked him up and carried to the side of the road. We knocked on quite a few doors to see if anyone knew who's cat it was but no one recognised. One of the lovely neighbors gave us a towel to wrap him in and we stroked and comforted him as best we could. Some of the residents on Mayow Road said they would take him to the vets today. Just wanted to let the owner know that their precious puss was looked after and given lots of love in the last part of his little life.
