Appalled to see the half term works havent been completed and a key section of pavement remains closed. How on earth are children expected to get to school safely on Monday morning? They would have to cross HOR near Canonbie which isnt safe at all. Theres only partial access to the zebra crossing..
Id like to speak to Paul Upex or Maja Hilton urgently about this- if anyone knows them please ask them to PM me with a contact number?
This isnt the first time theres been a cock up- the Council blocked off the school just before the summer hols having got their dates wrong.
Thsnks to anyone who can help with this.

Thanks Maja will wait to hear.
Perhaps they are coming back to finish it today and open it up but I doubt it.

At a bit of a tangent here, but this is more than even the super, smiley, wavey lollipop lady at Fairlawn could deal with. I hope she has been suitably recognised for her super standards of service.
