Hi all

Thanks very much for your very useful feedback and insight.

We're not really in a position to consider moving after this move hence the concern about secondary schools. Having said that, we have fallen in love with se23 and there are undoubtedly lots of great primaries there, so we will just pick the house we love and do our best (as far as we can) when it comes to education.

Totally agree, not worth worrying about primary schools, all good. Start worrying when you do secondary transfer and as others have said that is not limited by which primary your child goes to - is by area.
