Came across this on the Brockley Central website.

A plot of land for sale in Codrington Hill, Honor Oak, with 'development potential'. No planning in place yet but it says a planning application has been submitted for 5 x 2-bedroom flats, 4 x 1-bedroom flats, and 4 commercial units. (There's nothing on Lewisham's planning webpages yet.)

It doesn't say where on Codrington Hill the plot is, apart from being close to the junction with Brockley Rise. There are some garages at that end of the road, so perhaps it's there?

Hiya its the garage at the end on the left hand side it's been turned down for planning twice!
