I have stopped using the PO at WHS, FH and, instead, use the one in Forest Hill Road, opposite the Doctors' Surgery. This is a newsagent type shop with a PO at the back. The person behind the grill has been there for a long time and knows her job extremely well. Not everybody can get down to this PO, but it is possible to park outside, unlike the WH Smith branch in Forest Hill. Also there is no awkward lift for the mothers with buggies and children (there are no 'top shelf magazines on display) or the less agile.
