Hmmm. On a slightly different note, does anyone else think she shouldn't be allowed to block the footpath, or harangue people using the supermarket? Charity collectors aren't allowed to rattle tins or address the public, why should big issue salespeople? Surely if you want to help them out or buy a magazine, you'd go up to them and buy one wouldn't you?
