Doesn't surprise me. I often cycle down there on the way to work, and it is very rare that a car does not trigger the 'slow down 20' sign coming down the hill. Not only this, but the speeding cars often swerve onto the other side of the road to avoid the traffic calming measures (not sure what they are called - road cushions or something) which can be quite unnerving if you are coming the other way.

One day when the queue of traffic was backed up to the A205, I saw a car drive up onto the footpath and along for 10-15 metres to turn off onto Loxton Road.
