I too am amazed that the bus route and the pavement can be so regularly blocked by illegally parked cars.

I don't know if people actually get loads of tickets there (?) - walking (squeezing) past them often, I have never noticed any PCNs stuck to windscreens.

Not so long ago I had a ticket for parking with my wheels just 'one tyre width' up on the kerb to avoid (more) damage to my car from regular construction traffic. Many of the cars parked on Dartmouth Road have half the car up on the pavement.
