If you don't fancy the Odeon at Surrey Quays, there's also the Peckham Plex on Rye Lane, a short bus ride away on the 197 which can have tickets as cheap as £6 and London's only independent multiplex, or Cineworld at the O2 and if you fancy going a bit further, Vue Cinemas at Westfield Stratford City, both on the Jubilee line from Canada Water.
