Calm1 - My post read "if true". If not true, then it would be good to hear both sides. You've presented one, (one that is presumably that of the landlord and his/her representatives/agents) and that is absolutely fair enough. We have however heard strangely similar stories about the greediness of HOP parade landlord/s many times from several local businesses in the last couple of years. One cannot help but find it strange.
