It is absolutely disgusting. I am so ashamed when I have visitors over and we go for a walk. Trying to negotiate a child's buggy through the streets is like doing a slalom, although my 2 year old takes a lot of pleasure in pointing out every single one. What can be done to stop it? No one is going to police the area looking for the culprits.
