I'm told that one of the 3 sections of the plaque on St. David's Road is hanging loose - resting on only 1 dowel

I've emailed some contacts at the FHS but if anyone knows who the right people to report this to, or maybe ARE the right people, could someone take a look?

Not only could this break if it falls, but they are presumably heavy and someone, especially a child, could get injured
