We are in one. The police know about it. But it's not on that map. In fact, there's nothing on that map in a half mile radius of where I live, so I'm not convinced of its accuracy.

There was one in our road in the 90's but it petered out when the prime movers moved away. It does require motivation to set it up and keep enthusiasm levels up. There are still one or two faded stickers on porch doors proclaiming it.
