Now Forest Hill is the new East Dulwich, wondering if anyone knows of any cool/arty/hip businesses in the area looking for new premises? What used to be the local antique shop opposite Dewaniam on Stanstead Road is now vacant. Details on Hindwood website. It's a great Victorian building and would make a good Delicatessen, vintage clothes shop or gallery. The area is definitely on the up so it would be nice to have a few shops in that part of Forest Hill that cater for and reflect this.

Great, KFC is looking in the area, maybe we should direct them in the direction of the old bank and all shops come to good use again (at least KFC wont have noisy bikes)

If they want to pay 30k a year and apply for planning permission and get it. I still along with the majority of people that the Old Bank would be better suited to a sit down restaurant or bar.

What a waste of a good shop. Then I will object to their planning. I hope others who would rather have something else do likewise.
