Interesting design but it looks rather gloomy in that sitting room.

Do you like this list of nearby schools? "Dulwich College, Alleyn’s School, James Allen’s Girls’ School, and Sydenham High School for Girls are all close by." No mention of Sydenham Girls in Dartmouth road (obviously within spitting distance).
