I'm shortly to send copies of my new book to Amazon (I've already got over 40 orders, as it's been listed for the last month), but I'm struggling to get my head around how Amazon Advantage works for authors selling copies of their own books.

I find the Amazon instructions confusing and at times contradictory. I've looked at the Amazon help pages, downloaded the Vendor Manual and Vendor Guide, watched Amazon You Tube videos, but I'm still not clear on the nuts and bolts, especially the shipping process, whether the courier company books a delivery slot at the Amazon warehouse or whether I do, and if I need to use Vendor Central

I need to speak to an author who is actually shipping books to Amazon through the Advantage programme. Is there anyone who can talk me through each step?
