Gutter repair recommendations?

I have to have a gutter repaired at the side of my house. Looks like it's going to need scaffolding to get access which will ramp up the cost.

A leaflet arrived today from 'Sam's Gutters'. They seem ok judging by their website but does anyone have any experience with them? Or any other gutter repair people you'd recommend?
