Apparently Network Rail are in charge of filling up the machines. Unfortunately the cash has been cancelled but there's a voucher replacement service.

Those skip lorries doing the three-point turn and then reversing into the space beside WH Smith aren't doing the traffic at this junction any favours. Especially during rush hour.
