Regardless of the clearly very emotive and important issue of timetable, is anyone else really liking the new trains on the ELL? Air conditioning and space is a huge improvement on Southern trains ...

For what it's worth, I've always found the roads that span FH and Catford to be nicely residential and safe. You've got no worries beyond the caution that you'd want to apply walking anywhere in Londo...

There is a really nice Forest Hill mural on the brick wall below just below The Hob. Many people will know it well, but I suspect many people haven't even noticed it as it's fairly unobtrusive and etc...

Just been told that the last flat in 'City Walk' sold over the weekend. Website seems to confirm it: http://www.berkeleyhomes.co.uk/index.cfm?articleid=1596 Guess they have been sold off in bulk...

Where are these 3 bedroom houses selling for 150k!? haha. As far as I can work out a 3 bedroom house in SE23 that is nice enough to be called a family home are generally advertised at in excess of 300...
