Have to say that when we move to the area would be very good to have a Sainsburys. Have lived in West Hampstead, Herne Hill and West Dulwich, all of which have local deli's, butchers and green grocers...

Apparently it is a foul sewer. But several people have said it is quite common. But will do as you say and get the pipe checked just to make sure nothing to worry about. Dave.

Roll on that planning decision. West Dulwich and Herne Hill manages to keep a butchers open whilst having a Tesco's and Sainsbury's sure will will manage in HOP. We always used both.
