I thought showers were fed from the cold water tank above.
The higher the tank is above the shower head the greater the pressure and so the greater the flow. |

Don't get on the Bedford train or you go to Blackfriars! |

It is not more frquent if you are going to London Bridge. At present 6 trains per hour go to London Bridge. |

Yes it has. There was CCT compulsory competitive tendering for this service some years ago. Lewisham Council's DirectTeam won the contract with the lowest bid. |
