the reason for the higher crime rate on this side of the track is probably due to the high concentration of pubs and bars. and with the way FH has these disused pockets of space it promotes crime.

that spot is ideal for a shop like tops tiles with shannons, travis perkins, maplins and an industrial estate to the back, it fits. hope they do well to prove me right.
