I also happen to think that speed cameras (with automatic number plate recognition and ticketing) are probably one of the most effective ways of enforcing any speed limits.

I do live near there - but I didn't see the incident this morning. When I drive in the Perry Vale North 20mph zone (and all the other 20mph residential zones) I do keep my speed within the limit of 20... |
