The reason Southern can claim that 90% of the trains are on time is that the figures only relate to a proportion of their total services. They only have to refer to the punctuality of peak hour trains...

There is definately a vast difference between investigation by Thames Water and the actual repair. It is now two weeks since the Sunderland Rd leak was investigated and the spot marked with blue paint...

I can confirm "River Sunderland" is no more. After 3 weeks of waiting for the leak to be repaired the job took less than 1 hour!
