I was commenting last Friday that it was not too bad as I had expected worst after the line closure but this Monday and this morning even the 7am trains were busy.

Indeed it seems that its the cancelled and broken down trains that are the problem not the impact of the ELL closure.

Side fire on the line. I waited one hour at Charing Cross and got home at 9pm instead of 8pm. Once we were finally on the move, I could not see any sign of fire though.

I have started travelling to Ladywell in the evening too. Much nicer and direct from Charing Cross in 17/18 min.

Speaking of station health and safety, I hope they will sort out HOP's platform one soon. Not good when it is crowded.

The platform one has been reduced to a third for the lenght of the covered area while the wall which collapsed is being made safe. The benches have been removed and unless you go and stand at the end ...
