Not sure if the Rivolli ballrooms are in SE23 or just out. Either way I noticed they entertained the White Stripes and guest last night. Did anyone go? |

No - I tried, but ticketmaster put them on sale an hour earlier than advertised so I missed out, much to my annoyance. Some of the tickets went for £150 - £200 each on ebay.
Think they might just be on the cusp - either way, it was pretty exciting when I found out this band were playing just around the corner! |

Please see Baggy Dave's rant against e-bay, and he doesn't just moan on-line, he responded to the Select Committee inquiry into touts, using lots of big words on market distortion.
Rivolli is well outside but near enough to go on BDs rockin in Forest Hill thread if you youngsters wish to join in. |

They did a special gig at the Chelsea Royal Hospital, and then at Rivoli before heading on to the O2 festival. A bit of a spread for a week's work. |
